The OptoLyzer G2 Production is a variant of the OptoLyzer G2 that just comes with the hardware, the OptoLyzer OL3xxx, only. It is available for all MOST speed grades.

The OptoLyzer G2 Production covers multiple use cases:

• Integrate the OptoLyzer G2 Production into the production line where it acts as an end-of-line test device
• Integrate it into a proprietary test set-ups in the development phase
• Run 3rd party software on the OptoLyzer G2 Production

In all use cases the OptoLyzer G2 Production is controlled by a customized or 3rd party software via Ethernet. This can be implemented by using the Socket Protocol API on each system (Description available on request) or using SMSC’s OptoLyzer Components.
