The ‘Middleware’ of a MOST System

The MOST System Management Module handles system related tasks ‘above’ the MOST NetServices API and can be considered as ‘middleware’ of a MOST System. It deals with network and system management tasks and harmonizes the dynamic behavior of the MOST network as well as the overall system management.

It includes:

Network Master
Power Master
Low-Level Connection Manager
Extended Connection Manager

All MOST speed grades and physical layers are supported. The table below depicts the compatibilities:
