The MediaLB Protocol IP allows using SMSC’s related patents and trademarks and similar rights. They are licensed royalty free for MediaLB Device Implementations through the MediaLB Device IPR License Agreement. Licensee gets the right to implement and use MediaLB Device Interfaces.
